Keith Gessen:
Keith Gessen was born 1975 in Moscow, U.S.S.R. He studied at Harvard and currently lives in Brooklyn. He has written for Dissent, The Nation, The New Yorker and The New York Review of Books. His translation of Voices from Chernobyl won the National Book Critics Circle award for Nonfiction in 2005. Gessen is the editor-in-chief of n+1, a twice-yearly magazine of literature, politics, and culture based in New York City. His first book, All the Sad Young Literary Men, was published by Viking in 2008.
